Enoch Powell became famous (some say notorious) fifty years ago when, as a Conservative opposition MP, he gave a speech criticising large scale immigration from the Commonwealth on 20 April 1968, to a Conservative Association meeting in Birmingham.

people seem to overlook the fact that foreign criminals are required to be deported at the end of time served, by law. In reality I am not sure whether they are conveniently overlooked by a Government that is scared to death of this subject, Read Story
