Dutch Party of Freedom MP calls for removal of all mosques in Netherlands

Recent integration (or lack of) development in the Netherlands

Extract quoted from Hurriyet Daily News

"A Dutch right-wing political party has demanded Netherlands be cleared of mosques, amid an ongoing row over the integration of Muslim and Turkish minorities in the country.

Machiel de Graaf, a member of Dutch anti-immigration and anti-Islam Party for Freedom (PVV), asked all mosques in the country to be shut down while speaking during a debate on integration in the House of Representatives.

Emphasizing that a Netherlands without mosques would be better, the parliamentarian said “We want to clean Netherlands of Islam.”

In addition to not being integrated into Dutch society and refuse to be assimilated, Muslims living in the country threaten Dutch identity and culture by giving more birth, according to de Graaf"

"De Graaf’s party, which is led by right-wing politician Geert Wilders, has been a vocal critic of Muslims and immigrants living in the country, but his words mark the first time that the request for the complete closure of mosques has been expressed."

  1. What a brave man , I really would like to shake his hand. This huge turnaround of support for the Patriotic European Party’s can only help to awaken some of the brain dead masses here in the UK.

    • Yes, seeing Europeans voting for these parties and the sky not falling in may help to make British people realize that continually voting for the Lib/Lab/Con party (and the not all that much better UKIP) is akin to hitting your head against a brick wall and expecting the next time you do it a different result will occur.

  2. Interesting to see on our Party website ” Political News Feed” that Camoron claims “UKIP may not get any seats” I have to say I agree the UKIP bandwagon is quickly running out of steam. They are very inexperienced this is evident when you read the leaflets that arrive on your doormat , some of the content is laughable .I have to say a disagree that a vote for UKIP will eventually turn voters our way.
